Federation of Universe Alliance rules

These rules can be changed, edited, and added to at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with them.

Every offense against the rules of the Alliance (the now following
general rules and of course the special rules) may
lead to a warning. The leaders of the alliance has the right to
kick accounts in alliance. The interpretation of the rules is up to the alliance team.



1. Accounts, Warnings and Kickings


1.1 If you don't respect rules Leaders have right to warn you or in extreme cases kick you from alliance.


1.2 After receiving the third warning an account may be kicked up to 2
weeks, in extreme cases longer. An account may get kicked
permanently if the user receives again several warnings after the
account was unkicked.


1.3 In extreme cases it is possible a User gets kicked without having several warnings.



2. Attitude in alliance (Circular messages)



2.1 Messaging contents and links of, politically extremist,
immoral and offensive material which may breach applicable laws are
forbidden.


2.2 Flaming, Offenses against other users or staff and inappropriate language are punishable.


2.3 Advertisement and linking to Warez sites and forums is not allowed.


2.4 Discussion of bans or warnings is not permitted in the circular
messaging, this may result in further kicks or warnings. Please discuss

these issues with the leaders involved or their superior on the PM

only.


2.5 Impersonation of a Staff member (Name, Planet name) may lead to a warning or in extreme cases to a kick.

2.6 It's not allowed to send circular messages for kicked people. If you do so, it
results in a warning for you. Only exception can be made for good-bye

messages(with prior permission from an admin).

2.7 If you feel warned unfairly, first PM the Leader who gave the
warning. The Leader’ word is final. Follow the hierarchy, or you may find you are ignored, (include all previous communication)


2.8 All messages must contain a minimum of 4 words; Less words will be
considered as spam and warned accordingly. Any forms of abbreviations
such as: ICU, BRB, LOL, ROFL, LMAO, will be considered one word.



3. Messaging Rules


3.1 Do Not Use Full CAPs on your messages


3.2 Always test your links before sending.


3.3 Post direct links only. Redirection links will result in warning(s).


3.4 Do not send any asterisks or any other weird signs to get attention for your message.


3.5 We will add leaders as we see fit and as required, do not ask to become leader, if you do we will never ask you.


3.6 Anything to do with porn and underage porn is strictly Forbidden! This is your only warning.


4. General rules


4.1 Never attack/espionage members of FoU or Allies/NAP's.


4.2 Be active and improve yourself.


4.3 Do not break official Ogame rules.


4.4 If someone needs help always be ready for support.


4.5 Inform us if you change name.


4.6 Donot go to vacation mode before warning us.


4.7 Never try to do something that is offensive to anyone.


4.8 If you provoke someone we won't help you.


4.9 Always inform us if someone is provoking you.


4.10 Have fun!

The Staff reserves the right to change rules when they deem it necessary.

reserve the right to do what they think is best for the alliance,
including the kicking of people.
